1)      Assessment of overall indoor and outdoor unit 

         condition. +

2)      Inspection of all readily accessible electrical

         componentry (including fan motors, compressor,
         electrical circuit boards, safety controls)

3)      Check and re-tighten accessible terminals, wiring,   

         overall assessment of electrical elements pertaining           to the installation.

4)      Inspection and assessment of all refrigerant 

         componentry for overall condition and possible

         signs of leakage and system deterioration. 

5)      Removal, clean and treatment of primary filters.

6)      Basic clean of evaporator coil.

7)      Inspection of condensate tray and drain clear.

8)     Reinstatement and system performance check.

9)     Record of operating parameters including supply 

        and return air temperatures.

        and return air temperatures.

12)   Operation of remote and battery replacement.
